FAQs

Why am I logging in to my card provider?
Logging in and selecting the card you want to connect is required as it authorizes the Round-Up program to begin on your card.


Is my sensitive information safe?
YES! We DO NOT see or receive any of your login information. Your username & password is protected by your card provider and inaccessible to us.


When is the minimum donation of $9.99 charged?

  • If your monthly round-up change is less than $10.
  • If we lose our connection to your registered card. This can occur if the bank associated with your card updates its security settings or if you change your bank login.


Does my change get donated Immediately after every purchase?

Not exactly. To avoid high credit/debit processing fees, the change from your transactions is accumulated each month and then donated on the last day of the month. This ensures that as much of your Round-Up Donation as possible goes towards our cause instead of bank/credit card fees. It also allows you to set a "Monthly Limit" on how much you donated via Round-Ups so you can give comfortably.


When will my 1st Round-Ups show up?

We receive updates from institutions approximately 4-6 times a day. Anytime a new transaction has been posted to your bank account, we will add the change to your Round-Up's page. Depending on your banking institution, multiple transactions may be posted to your bank account all at once. If this happens, we will take the sum of the change from each transaction and post it to your Round-Up's page.


Do I have to do anything to make the round up happen?

After you sign-up by adding & confirming your card, you do NOT need to do anything to make Round-Ups happen!  You can however control your giving levels in your "Round-Up Settings" which allows you to adjust the following:

Monthly Cap/Limit

Campaign Designation

Ends in $.00 


Can I link multiple Round-Up cards?

Yes, as a donor you can link multiple cards to donate your "Round-Up" spare change!

Each card will be added separately and you'll be able to manage the settings for each Round-Up card individually so that you can set a specific monthly cap, designate that card to a specific campaign, and view your accumulated round-up change from your donor dashboard.


I can't find my bank - what do I do?

Unfortunately, if your bank is not listed during the Round-Ups "Confirm your Card" step, then we are not able to enroll you in Round-Ups at this time. We work with over 18,000+ banks and card providers nationwide and we're adding more each week, so we hope that you try again in the future or consider giving via another method. Thanks for your support and understanding!
